Today, this is the second time I went to LCGC with Sherly. The topic the priest talked is the money: How to think about the money and how to use the money wisely. It is a very interesting topic and the stories he gave during the meeting were touched. But there are two more things I really needed to think about and try to practice.
The first, he told us that one day our treasure on earth would be lost, however the treasure we pile up in heaven will be there forever. The two word, 'on' and 'in', are very meaningful. He took out a beautiful and shining crystal pyramid from pocket and placed it on his fist. Since he is a old gentleman, his arms are not stable. So the gorgeous crystal on his fist was not stable as well. It actually was shaking with him, then he said that was meaning of 'on'. After he should us how vulnerable the 'on' was, he put the pyramid inside his palm and closed his fingers to hold it in his fist. He said to us that was meaning of 'in'. Very deep, isn't it?
The second, he said we liveed in the material world and we could not avoid it, just like that a ship in the water is ok, however if the water is in the ship, it is not ok. All audience laughed at that time, it is a pretty good metaphor.
At the lunch time, Sherly asked what we should have for lunch. I said pizza would be ok. But she said it was not healthy, especially when I was sick. So, she insisted on giving me a treat. She really concerned me. I am grateful for that nice Tokyou fried noodle. I love this lovely girl more and more. When I hugged her at the front door of dormitory, I actually felt we were connected, it seems that my blood went to her body and her boold flowed back in mine. It was felt like energy exchanging. How magnificent it is!

How is your work going, dear? Get anything done today? I took a long nap when I got back to my room. I felt so tired. And in no time, I was fast asleep, while thinking maybe I should have asked you to come in and not let you go.
In all my dreams, you were there. I dreamt we went around somewhere in Denpasar. Yes, I dreamt you came to my home home...
In the second dream, we were in my grandparents' house. My parents were there, and so were some of my aunties and uncle. But it was a sad dream, because in that dream, we were getting ready to take you to the airport to go back to Beijing.
One thing that made me happy was that all of my relatives said that you are a good person.
Hosh... my dreams were like a long journey! But I'm glad. :)
How was your presentation, dear? Was it good?
I just finished typing now... still haven't finished introduction, though... worrying so much about plagiarism, the whole day I only managed to write 4 pages :(
I am so tired now and hungry too! Hahahaha... maybe I should eat some chicken soup hihihi...
By the way, your book has arrived. I am so glad it arrives before I go.
